About the Role:
As an intern at iTC Magazine, you will immerse yourself in the world of digital media and journalism from the comfort of your home. Collaborating with our editorial team, you’ll create compelling content that captures the pulse of Nairobi and resonates globally. This role is perfect for aspiring journalists, writers, and content creators with a passion for storytelling and current affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Research and write articles on diverse topics, including Nairobi culture, current affairs, and global trends.

• Assist in content editing, fact-checking, and proofreading.

• Support in the production of iSSUE47 of iTC Magazine.

• Collaborate on blog/news updates for the iTC Magazine website.

• Conduct virtual interviews with key personalities in Nairobi’s art, business, and culture scenes.

Requirements:

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• A keen interest in journalism, storytelling, and media trends.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks independently.

• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.

iTC Radio | iTC Podcast

About the Role:
Join the iTC Radio/Podcast team and be part of the engine that powers engaging audio content from wherever you are. This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring radio producers, podcast creators, and audio engineers to work remotely, crafting content that connects with audiences locally and globally.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scripting, and producing iTC Radio shows and podcasts.

• Operate virtual audio production tools for live and pre-recorded sessions.

• Edit and enhance podcast episodes using audio editing software.

• Research trending topics for iTC Radio’s X Space Tour and podcasts.

• Collaborate remotely with the team to maintain and curate the station’s playlist.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in radio and podcast production.

• Basic knowledge of audio editing tools like Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar software.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a virtual environment.

• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
